Over the 6 weeks, you will experience a blend of three elements to cultivate wholeness.
~ Guided Visualisation & Meditation Practice
~ Moving Body Meditation (inspired by chi gong, yoga & intuitive dance)
~ Self-reflection, Journaling & Somatic Embodiment Experiences
*No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.
Each week, we will cover a set topic that builds awareness for your own personal and inner journey.
The longer time of this class (90mins) allows for any questions that come up, as well as sharing what's going on for you. It's not required to speak or share, just see how you feel each week 🙂
The suggested topics are below... always feel free to email me if there's something specific you'd like to cover... either something to let go of... or something you wish to cultivate... this way the course can be really tailored to what the group is needing x

Week 3) letting go of jealously & cultivating gratitude
Week 4) letting go of perfection & cultivating self-compassion
Week 5) letting go of getting it wrong & cultivating adventure
Week 6) letting go of what people think & cultivating authenticity

What to bring
~ A journal (I always have spare paper if you forget)
~ We provide meditation chairs, cushions & blankets
~ No need for special clothes, so long as you're able to move comfortably and sit on the floor.
