mindfulness meditation letting go cultivating wholeness

Over the 12 weeks, you will experience a blend of the following three elements to cultivate wholeness.

~ Body movement (inspired by chi gong, yoga)
~ Self-reflection and somatic experiences
~ Guided meditation practice
*No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.

The first 20mins are mindfulness movements - by starting with the body you'll find you are able to quickly clear your mind and enter a more meditative state.   The second 20mins explore the weeks 'topic' through self-inquiry & reflection - building awareness for your own personal and inner journey.  The last 20mins is laying down on the floor for a guided meditation / visualisation - cementing the classes topic and leaving you deeply relaxed.  Each part layers on the part before, helping you develop a healthy attitude of mindfulness so that you can let go & cultivate wholeness.

Week 4) letting go of feeling stuck & cultivating direction
Week 5) letting go of bitterness & cultivating gratitude and joy
Week 6) letting go of dullness & cultivating colour & feeling alive
Week 7) letting go of anger & cultivating love
Week 8) letting go of anxiety & cultivating calm and stillness
Week 9) letting go of insecurity & cultivating safety
Week 10) letting go of self-doubt & cultivating inner confidence
Week 11) letting go of saying yes & cultivating firm boundaries
Week 12) letting go of blame & cultivating forgiveness
