Over the 6 weeks, you will experience a blend of three elements to cultivate wholeness.

~ Guided meditation practice
~ Body movement (inspired with chi gong, yoga)
~ Self-reflection and somatic experiences
*No experience is necessary, all exercises are gentle and suitable for beginners.

Each week, we will cover a set topic that builds awareness for your own personal and inner journey.

Week 1) letting go of scarcity & cultivating gratitude and joy
Week 2) letting go of self-doubt & cultivating meaningful living
Week 3) letting go of comparison to others & cultivating creativity
Week 4) letting go of guilt & cultivating self-compassion
Week 5) letting go of feeling stuck & cultivating direction
Week 6) letting go of the need for certainty & cultivating intuition and trust
